摘要
By meso photographs of the continually cutted cross section of three-dimensional (3-D) woven composites, the shape and its center coordinate of cross section of the fiber yarn are tracked to obtain meso configurations of the material. The trace of warp yarn is a periodical undulate cure, its cross section is a racetrace and the trace of weft yarn is approximately a straight line, its cross section is a shuttle.Based on configuration, an improved geometrical model is established. The fiber volume fraction predicted by the model agrees well with the experimental date.
