摘要
To enhance the measurement efficiency and accuracy of three dimensional complex surfaces, the technology of precision measurement on 3D complex surface by using laser radar was studied in this paper. Firstly, working principle of the laser radar measuring system was introduced. And then, the frog jump technology and calibration technology, which were critical technology of laser radar measurement technology, were studied in detail, and the toolingball was used to enhance the accuracy of the calibration technology. The frog jump technology and coordinate transform were used to measure a standard circle. Finally, complex surface was scanned, 3D point clouds were reconstructed by software, and measurement accuracy was analyzed. It shows that the laser radar technology has obvious advantages in accuracy, efficiency, automation and data processing. It can make precision measurement of the 3D complex surfaces effectively.
