摘要
A reliable numerical simulation model for roll forming was established. The effect of material properties to wavy flange in high strength steel roll forming was investigated. The simulation results have a good agreement with the experimental data in the literature published. It was concluded that when yield stress, work-hardening coefficient and normal anisotropy coefficient increase, the wavy flange decreases and when work-hardening exponent increases, the wavy flange increases slowly.
