摘要
As environmental issue becomes more and more serious, CO2 as a refrigerant has attracted much attention. Because the efficiency of CO2 trans-critical cycle can be increased with two-stage compression technology, two-stage rolling piston compressor as the core part has been designed, and the inspiration, compression and exhaust in work chamber and structure characteristics of the compressor have been analyzed. A two-stage rolling piston compressor in CO2 trans-critical cycle has been designed under a certain operating condition. Motion and stress of the compressor have been analyzed according to the designed structural parameters, on the basis of which parts of the proposed compressor with serious friction were specially tackled with, like addition of sealed column to the sliding vane end to enhance efficiency of the compressor by reduction of friction and leakage.
