Design and implementation of the remote web camera control via the internet

Many people want to control the machines in their offices remotely by using internet and they require monitoring their offices on the internet simultaneously. In this study, it has attempted to realize the control of the web camera by means of wireless stepping motor on internet through computer aided and to monitor the field where the system has established on the internet simultaneously. The system could be set up in another region, when it is necessary. In the designed system, image transfer panel has been designed by using Macromedia Flash 8 for user and administrator separately. While the web interface has organized by PHP and HTML, the user panel has been embedded into the internet page. The host computer has been broadcasted by Apache Server and Macromedia Flash Media Server 2. The information has been sent to the parallel port in accordance with the request made on the internet by means of program written in Delphi programming language. Initially, the stepping motor driver network has been triggered by the information on the parallel port and then this signal has been transmitted from an RF transmitter to an RF acceptor circuit. The decoded information that comes to the RF acceptor circuit has been directly applied to the stepping motor ends so that the position of the web camera could be changed. The designed system has been applied in a school exam and a successful monitoring process has been carried out.
