摘要：
For as long as print has been the medium for preservation, it has been easy to think of collections as static or at least highly stable. As a profession, we have spent decades unlearning the assumption of stability, since digital transformation has clearly delivered the opposite. I think we have enjoyed considerable success, and I base this (characteristically optimistic) belief on two factors.
