摘要
Combining with international research status and development of high quality brazing filler materials, the latest progress of new type aluminum-based filler metals, silver-based filler metals and iron-based filler metals as well as brazing technology in China and abroad was summarized. Low-melting-point AlSiCu-based filler has high strength and good corrosion resistance, especially it can decrease the surface tension and promote diffusion near the interface after adding a small amount of rare earth elements, which is suitable for brazing high strength aluminum alloys, aluminum/steel and titanium alloys. In addition, novel low temperature nano-multilayer brazing filler and coating preparation technology have achieved a series of new research findings. Special new brazing technologies, including ultrasonic-assisted brazing, plasma-laser hybrid brazing, etc., provide new solutions for liquid phase bonding of materials under fluxless and non-vacuum conditions.
