Simulation was carried out to study the influence of gear transmission high-speed flow filed on the deviation effect of spray jet. Simulation results show that the high-speed flow field has a deviation effect on the jet. When the pair of gears was sprayed, the jet has a tendency to deflect to the small gear, and the deviation effect increases with the speed and modulus. The ability to resist the deviation effect increases with the outlet velocity of the lubrication oil. By theoretical analysis, the origin mechanism of the deviation effect was revealed deeply.
