摘要
In recent years, there has been a significant surge in the attention towards flexible, lightweight, and highperformance laser detectors due to their indispensability in meeting the demands of portable and wearable electronics. The synthesis of Bi2S3 nanorods was achieved using a facile polyol refluxing method. Successful configuration of two types of laser detectors based on Bi2S3 nanorods was accomplished using the interdigital electrode/PET substrate. The two laser detectors exhibit a high switch ratio of 7.8 and 556, along with short response/recovery times of 3.6 s/2.3 s and 0.09 s/0.16 s to an 808 nm laser beam, respectively. Our method provides a versatile approach for fabricating high-performance near-infrared laser detectors, showcasing its potential in future flexible and wearable optoelectric devices.
