Strategic consideration on the development of building industrialization in China

摘要：
The necessity of promoting building industrialization is elaborated, and the main challenges faced during this process are analyzed. Some strategic suggestions on the development of building industrialization are provided as below: the thoughts of industrialized products shall be established; the systematic engineering theory for integrated construction shall be formed; the construction method of three integrations shall be implemented; the construction technologies of industrialization, intelligence and green shall be promoted. Hence, this work aims at providing certain reference and enlightenment for the healthy development of building industrialization in China. © 2024 Chinese Society of Civil Engineering.
