摘要
The hydrodynamic problem of water entry of a two-dimensional wedge with constant speed was simulated based on the velocity potential theory and boundary element method. To assure the stability and accuracy of the numerical result, the double points model was used to treat the intersection of the free surface and the body. The four-order Runge-Kutta method was applied to update the free surface. The free surface smooth technique and regrinding technique were used to remove the instability of the free surface. The jet-cut model was applied to handle the jet. The auxiliary function was introduced to calculate the pressure of the body. The effect of different mesh on numerical result and the effect of the angle of wedge on the max pressure and vertical force were discussed. The free surface elevation, pressure distribution, max pressure and the vertical force of wedges with different dead-rise angles were predicted and compared with similarity solution. Good agreement indicates the method is effective and accuracy.
