A study was conducted to demonstrate high-incidence airfoil lift and drag estimates. The flow regimes to be modeled were those of fully and partially attached; along with massively separated flow. Modeling of these regimes was accomplished using Kirchgof's zone of constant pressure combined with linear cavitation theory for the attached and partially separated regions; along with the flat plate theory for the massively separated regime. The study assumed that experimental or representative computational data to be available for the airfoil of interest for implementation. The investigations demonstrated that a number of points needed to be determined or selected to implement the method. It was also assumed that separation proceeded from the trailing edge forward and terminated at the leading edge at one of the points;
