Developing of a launch control recording system based on VXI bus for vehicular missile

摘要
In order to quickly, reliably, safely obtain continuous flight data in the process of launching missile, a ground launch control recording system of vehicular missile based on VXI bus was developed, which has the function of data playback and data analysis etc. The flight test in shooting range proves that the absolute error of every test signal in system is ± 4.99 mV, the measurement error of time difference between the signals is ± 0.1 ms, the error of the launch window is 0.01 s and the continuous recording time is not less than 5 min. Moreover, the system is easy to operate, stable, reliable and efficient.
