摘要
This paper deals with a theoretical analysis of the feasibility that ZnSe films are co-deposited in ZnSO4 and Na2SeO3 acidic solution by electrochemistry, and then carries out a series of experiments on the ZnSe thin film in zinc sulfate and in the selenite sodium electrolyte solution. In order to make a further study of influence of the parameter of electrochemical co-deposition upon the thin film ingredient and appearance, orthogonal testing experiments are conducted a detailed study of parameters, such as, the pH value, ratio of ion density, electric current density, complexing agent a temperature, thus obtaining the best electrochemical deposition parameter. Finally, the ingredient, the appearance and the structure of the thin ZnSe film are analysed and characterized with scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersion analysis of X-ray (EDAX) and X-beam diffraction meter (XRD), which consequently indicates that the stoichiometric ratio of ZnSe films is close to be 1:1.
