摘要
Cryogenic Probe Stations (CPSs) with superconducting magnetics can be used to investigate the magnetic properties of materials and devices at low temperatures, offering researchers valuable information about their behavior under strong magnetic fields. This article presented the design, development, and testing of superconducting CPS with conduction cooling cryostat. A Gifford-McMahon (G-M) cryocooler is used to cool the magnet with a power of 1.2 W. Utilizing a Nb-Ti superconducting magnet, this system is capable of reaching a maximum magnetic field strength of 5.5 T and a magnetic field strength of 3 T on the sample stage. The authors introduced the design of cryostat and the binary current leads. Thermal finite element simulation analysis was conducted on critical structures to verify the feasibility of the design of the cryostat.
