Performance analysis of contention in an optical burst switching core node

摘要
The performance of bursts contention issue in an optical burst switching (OBS) network core node has been analyzed in this paper. Different from the previous works in this field, not only the blocking probability in a core node has been given, but also the data passing ability of the OBS system and the system occupied expect values have been given. Results could enhance the OBS contention researching field effectively.
