Preparation method of phosphating and environmentally protective insulating coating for non-oriented electrical steel

摘要
The electrical performance of environmentally protective insulating coating for non-oriented electrical steel was studied. H2O, Al(H2PO4)3 and St-BA emulsion are the principal raw materials of the coating. The experimental results of SEM, energy spectrum, XRD, salt spray testing, rigidity and adhesive force testing show that the best mixture ratio of insulating coating for electrical steel is H2O:Al(H2PO4)3:St-BA emulsion = 25:10:5. Under this condition the interlamination resistance of the electrical steel is basically more than 500 (Ω&middotmm2)/piece, and the performances of the adhesive force and corrosion potential are fine. It is demonstrated that phosphating and environmentally protective coating is an excellent insulating coating for electrical steel.
