摘要
Due to the excellent properties of graphene, the field of graphene-based coating for steel is gaining more attention from academics and industry to tackle the corrosion issue. In this minireview, we firstly highlight the anticorrosion mechanism and various preparation methods for graphene-based coating. Further, graphene-based anticorrosion coatings for steel will be discussed from the four aspects, including graphene film, inorganic functionalized graphene, organic functionalized graphene and inorganic-organic functionalized graphene coatings. Lastly, the challenges in industrial applications are examined, along with the prospects for the future development of anticorrosion coating based on graphene materials.
