摘要
In order to solve the problem of linear vibration motors in the resonance state with a narrow operating frequency range, this paper proposes a micro-small broadband piezoelectric vibration motor based on magnetic force, which is used to replace the motor in smart devices. Firstly, the structure design and modeling of the vibration motor is carried out, which adopts the design of cantilever beam, and the dynamics analysis of the system is carried out, the potential energy relationship between two magnets and the nonlinear magnetic force relationship equation in the direction of vibration are deduced, and simulation analysis is carried out. The stiffness characteristics of the piezoelectric vibration motor were derived and the nonlinear characteristics were analyzed. Finally, an experimental prototype was fabricated and an experimental test platform was built for experimental testing, and the test results show that the resonance frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator can be changed by adjusting the magnet spacing, and the frequency range of the vibration motor's high-intensity vibration can be broadened compared with that of the linear stiffness system, thus broadening the vibration modes and the scope of use of the electronic product vibration motor. The vibration motor under magnetic force has a certain magnitude increase in starting speed, but the decay of vibration tends to be flat.
