摘要
Steam injector with central steam nozzle arrangement is investigated experimentally and theoretically. The inlet steam and water pressure are in the range of 0.15-0.4 MPa and 0.2-0.6 MPa, respectively. The results indicate that pressure and temperature distributions along the mixing chamber are similar under different conditions. The pressure distributions before the shockwave keep the same, but the pressure is urgently increased after the shockwave. Due to the shockwave, the steam condensed almost entirely and the temperature distributions shift from abruptness to plainness. Mathematical model of water nozzle, steam nozzle, two-phase region and diffuser are created and the calculated values of discharge water pressure agree with the experiment data within 15%.
