摘要
In order to prevent pollution flashover, it is necessary to assess the insulator contamination condition and the risk of pollution flashover. Insulator leakage current has a close relationship with insulator contamination and humidity state. In order to study the relationship between leakage current and relative humidity, a humidity controllable insulator leakage current intelligent monitoring and controllable system was developed. This system can accurately monitor insulator voltage, insulator leakage current, environment temperature and environment humidity. The measuring range of the leakage current is 0.1 mA~2 A with 2% accuracy. The control accuracy of relative humidity is 2% based on fuzzy logic control. Using this system, the wettability on insulator surfaces in different relative humidity and in different typical kinds of equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) is studied. The wetting time of 40 minutes is proposed.
