摘要
The influence of a complex of boron and nitrogen compounds on the structure, phase composition and properties of a metal deposited by a high-chromium flux-cored wire has been studied. It is shown that the formation of a composite structure with an iron-chromium martensitic matrix, an eutectic component based on boride (Fe, Cr)2B, nitrides ε-(Fе, Cr)2–3N, nitrides and carbides of titanium and zirconium, causes high wear resistance of the deposited coatings. A flux-cored wire for surfacing corrosion-resistant coatings on parts of equipment under conditions of metal friction against metal was suggested. © 2021 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.
