摘要
The heating and reducing behavior of polymetallic ore in microwave filed was investigated. The results showed that the sample quality, size and composition all had effect on both of heating and reducing behavior. During 20 min heating time, the maximum temperature would decrease with the sample mass increasing when microwave power was 1000 W. At the same mass, the courser of the sample size, the easier it could be heated. With the sample basicity (CaO/SiO2) increase, the heating behavior was influenced but not serious when basicity value less than 2.0. If the value was being over 2.0, the temperature raising speed and maximum temperature during heating were decreased obviously. The metal elements contained in the sample could be reduced with carbon in microwave field. Fe and V were easier reduced than Ti, which was reduced partially in the experiment. Finally, the inner temperature distribution of the samples was showed quantitatively by simulating of the temperature field. The result indicated that the heating rate is consistent to that of the experiment.
