摘要
Innovation within a business process provides an opportunity to differentiate products, services, experiences, brands, or companies, and also creates a lasting growth in a organization. Various forms of innovations include better offerings and experiences, better processes, and better organizations. The organizations can implement innovations if they have the right context, culture, they are creative, and are able to understand sustainability. Various stakeholders can exercise various types of power and become partners to innovation, which helps organizations in operating effectively and make better decisions. Creative innovative solutions need to be part of standard operating procedure, which does not involve emergency, extra-curricular, and offsite procedures. The most effective innovation focuses past price and performance and starts at meaning, working at the details of the process.
