摘要：
This paper considers an M/G/1 queue with a single vacation. Arriving customers decide either to enter the system or to balk, based on their desire for service, or their unwillingness for waiting. Accordingly, we study two cases with respect to different levels of information and derive the equilibrium strategies of customers. © 2015 ICIC International.
