摘要
Diluted magnetic semiconductors Zn0.95Fe0.05-xNixO(x=0.025, 0.03, 0.04) with different consistency ratios were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure, morphology, optical and magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence spectra (PL), Raman scattering spectra and the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).The results show that all samples synthesized by this method possess wurtzite structure with good crystallization, and the morphology is nanorods. All the Fe2+ and Ni2+ substituted for the lattice site of Zn2+ and generate single-phase Zn0.95Fe0.05-xNixO. Raman spectra occurs red shift, the photoluminescence intensity are quenched. In addition, the saturation magnetization increases with increasing of iron and nickel doping content, and the obvious ferromagnetic is found in all of the Fe-Ni:ZnO sample at room temperature.
