摘要
In this study, a chemical sensor array based on graphene film and graphene-polymer multi-layer film was prepared and ammonia and methanol gases were sucessfully detected. Upon exposure to ammonia, the grephene film is sensitive to NH3 at concentration as low as 70 ppm. A maximum sensitivity of 4% can be achieved for the graphene films prepared with graphene concentration at 625 ppm. Our results demonstrated that graphene has significant potential in use as gas-sensitive material. Integration of graphene with different polymers can further enhance the capability of gas identification.
