Eine nachhaltige Wärmeversorgung van Bestands- und Neubauquartieren kann maBgeblich dazu beitragen, die klimapolitischen Zielsetzungen Deutschlands und der EU zu erreichen. Der 30-Gebäudeenergie-Workflow-Manager SimStadt hilft dabei, die energetische uartiersplanung zu vereinfachen. Eine entlang der Ressourcen Wärme/Kälte - Strom - Wasser optimierte Planung wiederrum ist ein maßgeblicher Schritt in Richtung funktionaler und nachhaltiger Stadtquartiere.
