摘要
The influence of sintering temperature on magnetic properties of rare earth permanent magnets Sm(Co0.72Fe0.15 Cu0.1Zr0.03)7.5, prepared by the conventional powder metallurgy method, was studied. The results show that with sintering temperature increasing, the remanence Br, intrinsic coercivity Hci and maximum magnetic energy product (BH)Bmax increase first and then decrease. Although the maximal value of Br=0.95T Br is achieved when the magnets are sintered at 1220°C, the optimal magnetic properties are achieved at 1212°C with Br= 0.94T,Hci=2276.6kA · m-1 and (BH)max= 171.9kJ · m-3. The temperature stability of magnets sintered at 1215^DDGC is excellent, which can work in the condition of 550°C.
