摘要
The charge in the junction area of any two interface layer of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) will polarize and integrate, which will affect the injection of carriers. The charge polarization and the charge integration are due to the difference of their electrical properties. And it also has direct relation with the electrical property of the two layer's material. The cause and the eliminating measure of the charge polarization and integration have been studied by using of the boundary condition of the initial and final state. In this study, the influence of the charge integration on the interface layer of organic light emitting diodes was studied. It indicates that, the positive charge on the interface will hasten the balance injection of carriers.
