摘要
In the field of accident identification, the Crashview system, which is the only software that meets the national standards for simulating and reproducing road traffic accidents in China, has always been favored by accident identification personnel. Crashview is a computer-assisted accident analysis software that was self-developed and designed by Professor Wei Lang from Chang'an University in China. It covers the analytical calculation and simulation modules for 16 major types of road traffic accidents defined by the Ministry of Public Security of China. The software is capable of achieving two-dimensional reconstruction of accident trajectories as well as three-dimensional simulation and recreation of the accident occurrence process. For many years, the system's functionality and structural design have been continuously optimized, but its use and promotion have not met the ideal requirements. The main reason for this is that on-site survey data cannot be directly applied to the Crashview system for accident simulation and reproduction. Based on this, firstly, this article establishes a conversion model for the position information and angle information of the left front wheel of the vehicle before and after the accident based on the interaction between the input data of the Crashview system and the on-site map data information. Then, this article establishes the system database based on the Entity-Relationship (E-R) model. To balance the system performance, storage, and scalability needs, this article creates Base tables and Addition tables separately, establishes a source database for managing on-site investigation data and information, and builds a target database to standardize the system's output data so that it serves as the input for the Crashview system, thereby achieving seamless integration between the data standardization system and the Crashview system. Finally, this article develops a road traffic accident data standardization system by programming in the Visual C++ environment using MFC. This allows on-site investigation data and information to be directly applied to the Crashview system for accident simulation and reconstruction.
