Complementary coating systems for glass containers

BM2000/Vidromecãnica has developed two complementary coating systems that include a hot end coating system and a cold end coating system for glass article surface treatment of items including bottles, flasks, and plates. BM2000/Vidromecãnica uses chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology on its hot end coating hoods after the forming machine. The benefits of applying hot end coating include increased internal bottle pressure, decreased rapture levels, improved optical appearance, and increased plant safety. The company acts at building level, creating draining ratings for projection of products on articles using production circulation looping that provides the ability to attain the desired objectives.
