Aiming at the challenge of static voltage stability region(SVSR) construction of AC/DC system with hybrid multi-terminal high voltage direct current (Hybrid-MTDC),a predictor-corrector method to investigate the SVSR boundary(SVSRB) of AC/DC system with Hybrid-MTDC is presented. Considering the control strategy switching characteristics of the multi-type converter stations and the control strategy cooperation among converter stations,a continuation power flow(CPF) model for the AC/DC system with Hybrid-MTDC is constructed to find the first critical point on the SVSRB. By using the obtained first critical point information,according to the topological characteristics of SVSRB,the proposed predictor-corrector model is used to obtain the adjacent critical point in SVSRB of AC/DC system with Hybrid-MTDC rapidly and correctly,and then the SVSR of AC/DC system with Hybrid-MTDC is formed. The proposed method is analyzed and verified in IEEE 5-bus and IEEE 118-bus test systems with Hybrid-MTDC. The result shows that the proposed method can achieve the SVSR construction in AC/DC system with Hybrid-MTDC effectively and correctly. © 2023 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press.
