摘要
In order to improve the construction effect, BIM technology is applied to the field of construction management. A multi objective optimization model was established in response to the demand for multi objective optimization, which considerations of two stages: time cost and time resource balance. The model was used to optimize resource allocation and reduce construction costs. Algorithm was used to solve the model and the optimal construction management plan suitable for large commercial builds was observed. Through the optimal construction management plan of this study, the optimal construction period for the project is determined to be 438 days. During this construction period, the cost of this phase of the project is RMB 2712.32 million (USD 384 million). Compared to the project planning cost, the total cost decreased by 17.05%. This indicates that through the collaborative work of construction management mode and BIM technology, the entire construction process of the project has been effectively optimized. The research technology provides a reference for the development of more advanced construction management technologies in the future. © 2024 Emerald Publishing Limited: All rights reserved.
