Electrospun Shape-Memory Fluorescent Fibrous Membranes for Dual-Mode Anticounterfeiting and Information Storage Encryption

摘要
With the explosive growth of mass data and the increasing importance of information security, storage mediums are continuously explored to meet different anticounterfeiting and information storage encryption complex scenario applications. Here, Eu(TTA)3(TPPO)2 is combined with two polymer matrices of polycaprolactone (PCL) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) to develop a shape-memory red fluorescent Eu(TTA)3(TPPO)2/PCL/TPU fibrous membrane with excellent mechanical strength and hydrophobicity using facile electrospinning. The Eu(TTA)3(TPPO)2 fibrous membrane can be utilized as an information storage medium; as a case study, invisible blue fluorescent printing ink easily purchased on the market is used as the "ink", and the information patterns are printed on the membrane surface by using a customized mold such as QR codes. By utilizing shape-memory function and fluorescence characteristics of fibrous membranes, the original correct information can be readable only upon heating and illuminating by UV light, realizing information storage and dual-mode encryption. Meanwhile, a high integration of red-blue dual-color fluorescence and shape memory dual-mode anticounterfeiting with shape memory and fluorescence dual-mode encryption is achieved to realize concurrent information storage and dual-mode anticounterfeiting encryption. This work provides a low-cost, feasible, and effective strategy to develop high tensile strength, information storage, and multiple anticounterfeiting encryption materials with wide applications.
