摘要
The essential purpose describes that research on the applications of CRM systems based on the Biotech enterprise framework in commercial banks. This study was conducted in china to determine the research used different questions related to the independent and dependent variables. This research study based on primary data analysis for measuring the research used open-ended and closed-ended questions about variables. Customer relationship management is the primary independent variable; customer loyalty, product development, marketing research, and data-based acquisition are all considered a subpart of customer relationship management. The biotechnology enterprises are the primary dependent variable of research conducted in commercial banks in china. For measuring the analysis, we used smart PLS software and run different results, including composite reliability, the F square, discriminant validity, the total effects, the indicator correlation, etc. according to the overall consequence founded that the customer relationship management system shows a direct and positive relationship with bio-Tec enterprises in commercial banks. Customer loyalty, marketing research, and product development significantly affect them. Communication, acquisition, and marketing play a vital role in CRM systems. © 2022 ThinkBiotech LLC.
