摘要
In order to maintain the balance between supply and demand of the power grid cleanly and efficiently, the cost of carbon emission from power consumption in the electricity market is considered and a market-oriented source-load interactive trading environment is built. Then, the accounting model of carbon emission from power consumption, the electricity-carbon market collaboration mode, the cost accounting of carbon emission from power consumption and the analysis method of responding market benefit for load subjects participating in the regulation response trading are proposed. By coupling the unbalanced electricity quantity that needs the regulation response by elastic electricity price, the function of tracking and adjusting the settlement electricity price in response to demand can be realized. The proposed electricity-carbon market collaboration mechanism and method are verified by an example, which can couple the unbalanced electricity quantity, change the electricity cost and carbon emission benefit, and encourage the load subjects to participate in the regulation response. The price means and market benefit analysis method of market-oriented regulation of load elastic resources are provided to bring load elastic resources into the regulation scope and improve the regulation economy and environmental protection benefits. © 2022 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
