摘要
Here, to solve the problem of poor comfort and impact-resistance of crawler type all-terrain vehicles, a torsion Vibration damper type Suspension System with arc spring damping structure was proposed. A single load wheel Suspension System was designed to perform dynamic modeling and comfort analysis and study the Overall vehicle comfort and anti-impact Performance under different working conditions. The study showed that CD static and dynamic characteristics parameter values of the single load wheel Suspension System all are within a reasonable ränge; when the vehicle speed increases on the same road surface, the relative growth rate of RMS values of vehicle body vertical acceleration and Suspension dynamic deflection decreases; when the road level and vehicle speed increase, the vertical acceleration transmissibility (8.5% ~6.5%) of the single load wheel Suspension System' s vehicle body exhibits a slight downward trend with smaller values; (2) when the füll vehicle passes through D and E grade road surfaces and extreme road surface, the proposed Suspension System exhibits excellent comfort and anti-impact Performance compared to traditional torsion bar spring Suspension Systems to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the Suspension design scheme. © 2024 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society.
