摘要：
This paper briefly represents the methods that have been developed to assist a company's portfolio analysis. The core of this review consists in the presentation of two most important business portfolio matrices -ADLand DPM. Large companies are often an agglomeration of complex organization of strategic business units with various production and marketing programs. The aim of this article is to point out the positive synergy of portfolio analysis on a company's market growth, competition and future business planning.
