摘要
Along with the increasing rising of wind power penetration level, the growing problem of wind power curtailment occurs in partial power grids in China. The evaluation on wind power accommodation capability (WPAC) of power grid from the perspective to day-ahead time is favorable for the optimization of scheduling and operation of power grid to improve the utilization rate of wind power. A multi-objective model to evaluate the day-ahead WPAC, in which the maximized wind power accommodation and optimized economic power generation are taken as objectives, is constructed. To coordinate the two contradictory optimization objectives, by means of defining two objective membership functions the deterministic problems are fuzzified and the maximized satisfaction index method is utilized to turn the constructed multi-objective optimization problem into single-objective optimization problem. Taking IEEE 118-bus 54-machine testing system as the case, the constructed model is solved by General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) based simulation platform, and the solution shows that above-mentioned model can consider both the optimization of WPAC and the economy of power grid generation simultaneously, and the computation results are available for reference to the dispatchers in the drafting of the day-ahead scheduling plan, and it is favorable to improve wind power utilization rate and reduce generation cost. ©, 2015, Power System Technology Press.
