摘要
The sand preparation unit design (P1863 type) is devised to provide the demands of two core machines, operating on Cold box amine-process. The automated unit is created on the basis of S1S mixers and unit of dosing the dry silica sand and liquid components of the core sand. The principle of operation of the automated batch-type unit for silica sand-resin sand preparing is described. The use of programmable controller provides fast readjustment into any regime of core sand preparation.
