Experimental research on spun-cast techniques of steel fiber reinforced concrete

A series of experiments is conducted to determine the technical coefficients of spun casting steel fiber reinforced concrete. By the slice tests of the ring section of spun casting steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen, the distribution regulations of steel fiber along the circumferential and the longitudinal directions of the specimen affected by the coefficients of the spun casting time, the spinning acceleration, the size grades of coarse aggregate, the length of steel fiber and the volume fraction of steel fiber are studied. The ranges of all coefficients are determined corresponding to the spun casting steel fiber reinforced concrete and they are utilized to produce the pole of power transmission line.
