摘要
Service life of furnace roller is dependent on conditions of its operation. Temperature of body of roller should be monitored in order to eliminate its hazardous level. Conditions of rotation of roller play important role. Efficient maintenance of the rollers should be provided. Reliable operation of the rollers leads to improved heat treatment of products. Operation of furnace for heat treatment of carbon and low-alloy sheet rolled products. Body of the roller is manufactured from 20Kh25N19S2L steel. Other parts of the roller are produced from 12Kh18N9 steel. Efficient method of welding the parts has been developed. Design of the roller has been improved.
