摘要
A refined model used for the dynamic analysis of reinforced concrete (RC) columns under blast loads is difficult to be applied to the large-scale computations because of the complexity for modeling and the low calculation efficiency. In this paper, the defects of a fiber model on analyzing the dynamic response and failure of RC columns are studied. In order to overcome such deflects, a macro model for the dynamic response analysis of RC columns under blast loads is established through combining the fiber model with spring elements. And the method of parameter definition for the model is proposed. The numerical analysis of the dynamic response and failure of a typical RC column with the refined model and the macro model are also carried out. And the comparison of the numerical results shows that the newly established macro model could achieve the similar results to those of the refined model with high computational efficiency, which obviously remedies the defects of the fiber model. ©, 2015, Tsinghua University.
