摘要
To improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 6061 aluminium alloy, anodic films were prepared on its surface in oxalic acid electrolyte by anodic oxidation technology. The microhardness of the films was tested by the microhardness tester, while the wear resistance of the films was researched through a friction and wear tester(CSEM). The effect of anodization parameters on corrosion resistance of the anodic films was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscope(EIS). The process of anodic oxidation was optimized according to researching the effect of current density, electrolyte temperature and the anodizing time on hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the anodic film. And the best parameters are as follows: the electrolyte is the oxalic acid with concentration of 40 g·L-1, electrolyte temperature is 10, the current density is 1.0 A·dm-2, and the anodizing time is 120 min. © 2015, Editorial Office of TRANSACTIONS OF MATERIALS AND HEAT TREATMENT.
