The coordinated attitude control problem of satellite formation consisted of two satellites is studied in this paper. Considering angular velocity immeasurability, a decentralized coordinated attitude output feedback control scheme is developed. The global asymptotic stability of satellite formation is shown through Lyapunov analysis. Then the other output feedback control scheme is given under control input saturation. By introducing hyperbolic tangent saturation function into the control scheme, it can be concluded that the control input saturation problem can be effectively restrained so long as the control parameters are selected to satisfy a specific requirement. Finally, simulations are performed and simulation results demonstrate the proposed control scheme is effective and feasible.
