Dielectric constant abnormity of BSZN microwave dielectric ceramics

摘要
The non-linearity change and the reason of abnormity of dielectric constant of (Ba1-xSrx)(Zn1/3Nb2/3) O3 microwave dielectric ceramics was studied. It stated that abnormity of dielectric constant was due to the phase transition (symmetry dropping) caused by tilting of oxygen octahedron and secondary phases. The augment of dielectric constant could be explained by dielectric theory before phase transition; but after that, dielectric constant declined with the linear change and accorded with logarithm admixture law.
