In order to improve corrosion resistance of zinc coatings on steel, the alloying elements such as aluminium, magnesium, and titanium are added. Fluidized bed is used for intensification of process of applying the coatings. Investigations of processes of diffusion application of coatings have been performed. Processing of steel of St3 grade in fluidized bed has been considered. Experiments have been carried out at temperatures of 380 - 700°C. Regularities in formation of coatings have been determined. Variation of chemical compositions of the coatings has been described. Factor influencing the porosity of the coatings have been determined.
