Variation of technological properties of coals during hydraulic transportation

摘要
Railroad transport is usually used for transportation of coals. However, costs for transportation by railroad transport are high. In connection with this, method of hydraulic transportation is developed. Hydraulic transport systems are characterized by high productivity and reliability. Disadvantage of the systems is deterioration of coal quality. This is explained by mechanical self-grinding of the coals. Process of deterioration of the coal quality has been investigated. Reasons for the quality deterioration have been determined. It has been shown that oil agglomeration of the coals makes it possible to improve the coal quality.
