摘要
An overview of the beneficial use of industrial by products as concrete constituents is presented. The use of industrial wastes, such as pulverised-fuel ash (pfa), granulated blastfurnace slag (ggbs), silica fume etc., in the cementitious binders is presented. The role of recycled and manufactured aggregates in the concrete manufacturing is also discussed.
